Firefox is a popular web browser and it can be used on a variety of devices. One of the ways to keep Firefox running smoothly on different devices is by having a default download folder location for Firefox. This article will show you how to change the Firefox download folder location. To change the Firefox download folder location, open Mozilla Firefox and click on the Options button. Under General, select the Location tab and then click on the Change Folder Location button. In the new window that will appear, enter a new location for your Firefox downloads. For example, if you live in United States, enter C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla.mozilla. If you live in Europe, enter C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming.mozilla. If you live in Asia Pacific, enter C:\Users<user name>.mozilla. If you live in Australia or New Zealand, enter C:\Users<user name>.mozilla. Once you have entered a new location for your downloads, click on the OK button to close Mozilla Firefox and return to its previous state. Now that your Firefox downloads are located at their new default location, your computer should start downloading them more quickly and with less errors.

By default, when you download something using Mozilla Firefox, that download gets saved to the main Downloads folder for your user account. If you’d rather Firefox save your download files somewhere else, it’s easy to change the default save folder location. Here’s how to do it.

In Firefox, click the “Open menu” button on the right side of the toolbar and then click “Settings” in the drop-down menu.

On the “General” page, look for the settings in the “Files and Applications” section. Click the “Browse” button and locate (or create) your new download folder.

If you prefer, you can select “Always ask me where to save files” to have Firefox prompt you with a dialog on every download that lets you specify your download location. When you’re done, you can close the tab.

That’s it. Your web browser will remember your new downloads folder and automatically put the files you download there instead of the standard Downloads folder.
